E-Banking Upgrade FAQs

An exciting digital banking upgrade is coming to FNB!

On June 1, 2026 FNB will launch an upgraded online/mobile banking experience. To assist with the transition, please read over our list of Frequently Asked Questions. Contact us at (662) 234-2821 or visit one of our local branches for more information.

Why is FNB upgrading its online and mobile banking system?

  • FNB’s upgraded online and mobile banking system will allow us to offer customers improved financial management tools, enhanced security, and a more personalized user experience.

Will I have access to online or mobile banking during the upgrade window?

  • Beginning at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 29 through the morning of Monday, June 1 there will be an interruption of service for online and mobile banking systems. You will have access to your accounts to view balances and transactions, but services such as transfers, bill pay, and mobile deposit will be unavailable until the morning of June 1.

Will I need to download a new mobile app?

  • iPhone Users: If you currently use our Mobile Banking app for iPhone, an update will be available on Monday, June 1. If you do not currently allow auto-updates on your iPhone, you will be prompted to initiate a download through the App Store.
  • Android Users: A new version of the app must be downloaded from the Play Store.
  • Don’t have the app? Visit FNB Online Banking.

Do I need to go to a different place to login?

  • Customers will access Online Banking through the same LOGIN drop-down menu on our HOME PAGE, www.fnboxford.com. (Tip: If you have bookmarked this site on your web browser, you will need to re-save the updated link address as a favorite.)

Will my existing username/alias work?

  • Yes, your existing Username/Alias will carry over to the new upgrade.

Will this affect my scheduled online bill payments?

  • There will be no changes to our Online Bill Pay service. Your scheduled payments will be sent without interruption and all payee and payment history will be included in the transition to the new platform. However, please keep in mind Online and Mobile Banking will be in View-Only mode during the weekend update, so we encourage you to complete any payment scheduling needs prior to 4 PM on Friday, May 29. You will have access to Bill Pay when Online and Mobile Banking are available again the morning of Monday, June 1.

Will my e-statements still be available?

  • Your E-statements will be temporarily unavailable between Friday, May 29, 4:00 p.m. until the morning of Monday, June 1. Should you need access to your E-statements during the service interruption, we recommend customers download/save/print their statements prior to May 29. If you need additional assistance, please call (662) 234-2821 or speak with a bank representative at any of our branches.
